Finally I found out ehat Twitter could be used for. Do you know how Twitter feels about this lind of use and if they have any policies for use of their data. It must cost them money each time an SMS is send.
I can't see anything in the Twitter Terms of Service that says I can't use it for this kind of thing. I'm sure that if either Twitter or Transport for London don't like what I'm doing, then they'll probably make themselves heard.
