It definitely is not. RDFa aimed at XHTML2 and XHTML1 compatibility was never planned. We have microformats and eRDF for that.

W3C Semantic Web Education and Outreach group is looking into a (user friendly) implementation of this kind. There are so many of these wikis already and none of them (for me) offer simplicity - i.e. they certainly don't help demonstrate how easy the Semantic Web can be...
