Awesome, I want my RSS Reader to do that, and I want my RSS Reader to print out stories like a traditional daily newspaper.

It's probably easy enough to do if you've got a well-fed attention-aware OPML file combined with Technorati, you could easily produce a River feed with enough markup to signify importance. Then you've just got to run an XSL over it to turn it in to PDF.
(And, of course, I say all that like it's easy.)
