Just saw your video (http://blip.tv/file/83452) ... here's my comment ... I agree, that we are currently going through a paradigm shift: Many-to-Many communication replaces "old-fashioned" Few-to-Many commnication (Newspapers, TV, Radio...) This however is much a broader phenomen to just pinned down to YouTube. In fact it startet with the first newsgroup in the 80ies. One of the first browsers was conceptualized as a Push-and-Pull medium rather than just a pull medium. (Remember Netscape Composer?) It's only now, with wikipedia, ebay, p2p, podcasting, blogging and youtube that people realize, the net is also something to put stuff on and not only to consume.
