I had the extreme displeasure of meetinig that buffoon once. I was at a multi-party event at the Minneapolis Club a few years ago, having a "nice, polite" conversation with former VP Fritz (who's politics I don't care for, but he's simply a nice guy) when all of the sudden, a 3.5 ft whirling dervish shows up and RUDELY interrupts the conversation. Yup. What Would Wellstone Do? Apparently, try to take over the discussion. Here was Mondale, trying to explain some point to me from the Liberal side, when this assclown shows up. Fritz had a tired expression, but gave him the floor.

No, I didn't vote for him when he ran in Wellstone's place. I still have my pride.
