Friends living in the Los Angeles area refer to it as, "Hollyweird." My preference is for "Hollowood." Other than Harry Potter, it's been eleven - twelve years since I contributed at the box office to their fortunes. It may take sandpaper to remove the heavy tarnish and bring back the Silver Screen's luster.

Thank you for sharing this one. I also grew up on the East Coast and Jewish. Now I have to try to convince all my relatives that Republicans are the best friends to Israel. As for Hollywood, I know there are closet Republicans out there.

I find it interesting how these wealthy Jewish/Democrats don't have a clue and aren't interested in facts proving to the contrary how supportive Republicans are to Israel.
