I had the same reaction when I saw that story about the $208.5 million. Anytime it's brought up, the US response should include questions about Oil for Food and when that will be repaid.

HUH? But we are the ones spending US Tax Dollars in Iraq, why should we PAY Iraq ... perhaps the money should go back into paying down the deficit?
