That sure sounds like me. I can go to school no problem, but when it comes to even going grocery shopping I can't even go by myself anymore I end up having a panic attack. Anyplace unfamiliar scares the crappola out of me.
I am on anti depressants and it has helped quite a bit, but theres the odd time when something grabs and I want to run back in my house again

I do that too!!!!

This could get really long so I'll just say the HARDEST PART is leaving the house and GOING THERE. Once you get to wherever you have to be you will love it and be glad you went - but you have to MAKE yourself.
