Gravatar The ones from the mini-pans look like mushrooms. I want to serve them alongside a mushroom-centric entree. Perhaps a souffle with a wild mushroom sauce.


Gravatar I'm so glad I didn't have enough brioche pans, and decided to experiment. as much as I love the topknot, these two were my weirdo favorites. a souffle with wild mushroom sauce, & wild rice pilaf on the side!
