I haven't figured out Secretary Gates , I wonder if he has taken all of the efforts & hard work back to the September 10 mentality. I'm afraid we will all be able to judge for ourselves IF and WHEN we have another attack. I think we will be tested with him and the Congress we have now. The enemy loves weakness which is the way we were perceived in 2001. I hope I'm wrong!
