I notice Johnny Kiehm is the current Chief of Staff at DIA. If he was in that position back in 2000, then I'll bet my next year's income he was deeply involved in all this.

If he wasn't CoS, I'd still like to know what his position was in 2000 as he still could have been involved...

So...Mark Ewing was head of Army Intel at roughly the same time Gen Schoomaker was Commander of USSOCOM. Schoomaker, the current Sec of the Army, was the guy who asked Tony to become a member of the ABLE DANGER team. From DefenseLINK:
