Peter Lance, a gifted and tireless researcher misses the boat in one very important area. His chosen focus in his last two books is on FBI bungling and coruption relative to the Brooklyn cell and terrorist prosecutions in the Southern district of NY. What he overlooks is evidence of a pattern with Brooklyn cell members including Sheikh Rahman and Ali Mohamed both of whom were protected by the CIA and State Dept.

Following this thread my in fact force us to re-examine the roots of this war on terror and the 9/11 attacks. Much remains to be seen but if we follow this trail much may be illuminated or discounted as the case may be...
Thanks for the prod on The War on Truth, parts of which I've looked at closely. The book has one gaping hole, a grating one, in that it lacks an index.
The Able Danger story I believe should be told to everyone. In America freedom of speech is what America is built on. Only when everyone has the right to say what they believe backed up with the facts at hand will the truth ever come out. Who is Able Danger?
