The real attack on data mining and NSA is to pre-empt the information
on Clinton and his Clintonistas that
will come out with the ABLE DANGER
hearings. (if held and allowed to be
comprehensive)

The Dems and their minions must prove that these programs are ROGUE and therefore:
You are not allowed to believe any
information that comes from Able Danger.

It is easy to spin the lawful barrier
of using "fruit from a poisoned tree"
to imply that it is "against the law"
to believe anything from these "rogue"
programs.

Just as the LSM promotes the Dem's spin of leakers of classified information into "whistleblowers" they
are setting this all up to protect
Hillary's 2008 run.
