As far as I know they will not get into Able Danger so I don't see any justification they could give for making it a closed hearing. Nothing I've hear suggests anything but an open public hearing. I guess I'm not 100% sure, but close to 99%.

Of course, I don't see how Able Danger justifies a closed hearing either, when it was five years ago.
