I think your right! I have a similar situation like Able Danger and nothing I have seen has been encouraging. In fact, this has been very discouraging! I have been “John Bolten’ed” / threatened and fired for my accurate and very embarrassing intelligence analysis on Usama Bin Laden. I was threatened not to testify or provide evidence to the Congressional 9/11 Committee or I would be arrest under the Patriot Act and sent to GITMO.
In my opinion, my intelligence analysis was intended to save American live, could have saved American lives, and still could save American lives. I have been asked to provide my story to congress and the media, but I have to ask “WHY SHOULD I”? I have already gone through all the retaliation the Able Danger folks have gone through and how did there situation turn out? Nowhere! Our leaders have betrayed me, the Able Danger folks, the US constitution, and the American people (that means you). I see no Americans angry about this! I see no Americans protecting those American troops who are stepping forward to protect them. I see nothing but coward Americans that are afraid of their own government. I simply think the American people forgot what it was to be an American.
So again, why would anyone step forward to protect the American people when the American people won’t protect them? Please let me know. legal_professional@yahoo.com

I have been following Able Danger since the beginning! I have written my representatives and asked them where they are on this and that I can't hear them! Are they part of the problem! This disgusts me!
OH, I've also included a link to your Blog!! I can only hope this will help! I have also emailed Congressman Weldon and thanked him for his efforts to which he has replied! An outstanding individual! I am not even from his state!!
Sadly, this whole affair may be like the dangerous interesection that finally gets a stop sign or light after an accident resulting in multiple fatalities. I had hoped that all the work that you and AJ and the others have done would not have been in vain, and I shudder to think that it will take another 9/11 or worse to wake the American people up, but it's looking more and more likely that that will be the scenario. Maybe we'll get lucky and the next attack will be on the Capital while both houses of Congress are in session. (I don't really mean that -- just venting my frustration).
What this effort needs is a very good PR effort with a shortened tighter message, pitched to an audience that will listen and has the ability to change the situation. Weldon & Shaffer cannot be the public faces of this, because they are now perceived as being a bit wacko by the MSM (not commenting on right or wrong...just calling it like I see it).
You need one person with the creds and the ability to push this story thru the right channels. This is not impossible but will be difficult as there as a lot of chaff with the wheat now. You also need to separate this story from other intel stories, wiretapping, Dubai Port Deal etc. Most importantly, don't try to "blame" anyone for the failure, simply lay out the facts.
Bottomline, you need a credible person who can describe this story in less than 2 minutes in a way Joe America can understand it without it sounding like you're screaming about the grassy knoll.
