It's a very good film. While it raises criticism of the Bush admin, it's not so much in regard to the failure to find bin Laden, etc. as it is complaining that available foreknowledge of the hightened risk was not shared with the public. Most of the "harping", as Mann Caulter would describe it, is over the reluctance of our government to support efforts to track down the perpetrators of the crime, the withholding of evidence and the lack of real inspection. The commission has been described as a dog and pony show (started over 400 days after the events) to placate the few cries for an investigation.
It's a very good starter film to distribute.
