Yes you have digressed, into conspiracy theory territory.
Best shut the blog down. I mean if a congressman doing favours for clients of his daughter's lobbying firm is the level of complexity required to baffle you on what is connected to what and clear breaches of laws and ethics then surely reconstructing connections between programs under clandestine defense agencies is a little out of your league.
Either that or you a conspiracy theorist like the 9/11 Truthers, who pick and choose where they see clear connections and motivations depending on how it fits their pre-determined theory of what happened.

Weldon is not accused of anything. His daughter is under investigation, not him. I've never supported any of the 9/11 "inside job" conspiracy theories. As far as shutting down the blog, Tanks for the free advice but I'll defer to Dick Cheney there:

Yes it is his lobbyist daughter who is under investigation. Who she's been lobbying for all that cheese is anyone's guess. Maybe take a leaf out of the Abramoff case and check into whether she has met any prominant politicians at Christmas.
This stuff doesn't indicate the congressman himself is being investigated. In fact that's a crazy assumption to make based on nothing more than people involved saying this and an entry-level understanding of what a lobbying firm gets paid to do...
But McClatchy Newspapers' sources said the FBI only over the last few months obtained evidence suggesting that the congressman may have broken the law.
...
The official said that the FBI recently sought the assistance of federal prosecutors in pressuring an unidentified person to provide evidence about the 59-year-old congressman.
...
It is uncertain whether the current investigation will blossom into a full-blown inquiry that will result in criminal charges being filed. It is possible at this stage of the investigation that nothing will come of it. But the FBI typically does not seek the involvement of the Justice Department unless it finds substance to the evidence it has gathered.
Yes, there's no indication that this investigation of a political lobbyist extends to the politicians she lobbies as her core business. Except for basic common sense and that being repeatedly referred to.

Speaking of digressing into ridiculous conspiracy theory territory, it was probably the FBI and CIA who prevented Weldon from single handedly digging up the WMDs in Iraq...

I want to commend Congressman Chris Weldon on his courageous pursuit of the truth in regards to ABLE DANGER. I also want to commend him on overall service to the Sixth District of Pennsylvania. Chris, you are a great American. Do not let this election set back stop your service to America.
I commend you, sir.
Unfortunately, our president and his neocon advisors, including the so-called genius (idiot) Karl Rove, have managed to try to throw all the Republican congressmen under the bus who were free and independent patriotic conservatives and didn't always step and fetch to little Georgie's and "Karl Rasputin's" tune. Little Georgie couldn't hold Ronnie Reagan's hat.
And the schmuck blog contributor who somehow attacks Congressman Chris and this worthy blog because the contributor is a Clinton supporter with all this crap innuendo about Chris, coming from the Clinton lie machine, you will know the following. That traitor Bill Clinton's hideous closet marxist wife (why won't she allow the world to read her masters thesis from Yale?) is not getting elected president. Forget about it!
The Clintons had three wide-open shots to take out Osama Bin Laden in Bubba Billy's administration. The coward draft dodger did not have the sand to do it. He "bitched out".
And when Colonel Schaffer and some other American heroes came forward and presented ABLE DANGER, the Clinton lawyers at the Pentagon would not let it go to either the President or the FBI because of the ridiculous "Wall Memo" written by Jamie Gorelick.
Has anyone read this document online? It is a ridiculous piece of bureaucratic crap. And how did that wench end up on the 9-11 Committee anyhow?
You notice how the liberal wags like Chris Matthews of MSLSD's "Wiffle Ball" tried to stray away from talking about the Wall Memo and Jamie Gorelick's connection to it?
What is more important? The survival and the safety of the American people or some tortured, bit of pretzel logic interpretation of the law, as was made by Gorelick with Wall Memo, which had nothing to do with the real meaning of the Constitution, the Founder's Intent, or Common Law in general?
Unfortunately ladies and gentlemen, it is a bigger problem that Bush vs. Clinton.
At one time in this country, the Democratic Party represented working people and labor and the party was deeply patriotic.
The Republican Party, back in the day, represented small businessmen and farmers and ranchers and of course they were deeply patriotic as well.
Now both parties are dominated by power groups who have a corporate and globalist agenda, made up of Baby Boomers (I am a Boomer too), who think that government and political and strategic decisions are exercises in pseudo-intellectual argument and that foreign policy and national security are nothing other than fun political discourse and games of politics between the neocons (They are Republicans because they see it as a way to be filthy rich and do tru
