Is there anything to report on Peter Lance's and Angela Clemente's fight to not be called as witnesses?
That's the hearing that was moved to August 8th. I doubt the issue of whether or not Lance and Clemente testify will be finalized until then or at least closer to the hearing. It was originally scheduled for May.
