Good luck, Peter Lance. I purchased the first edition from Barnes & Noble without any problem and am hoping to buy the new one there too. I don't like to buy on-line, but I will order one here if B & N does not carry it. I hope you have all your ducks lined up. That affidavit signed under pain of perjury in the appendix certainly caught my eye. If you have it covered, Fitzgerald is not only trying to suppress free speech but is attempting a cover-up. (This from a non-lawyer.)
