GOD BLESS MR. DEVECCHIO WITH THE JUSTICE HE DESERVES AS I HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT SOMETIMES DISTRICT ATTORNEYS, WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, CAN GO OVERBOARD AND BECOME OVERZEALOUS ETC.. This same type thing was done to me 3/22/07 with a racist neighbor named Yolanda Hardmon who P.S.A. 9/114th Pct. used to hurt me when I called 911 to report her viciously assaulting me & calling me a "white f**king B**ch etc.. Instead of asking me to make a statement, offering me victim services and showing me some respect, they decided to use her in retaliation for Internal Affairs Complaints I very & definitely justifiedly made against them for never arresting the 8 suspects that have assaulted me in the last 11 1/2 years I've lived here & proceeded to ARREST me even though I constantly told them "I didn't do anything, she attacked me". They also disregarded my visible and un-visible injuries that would logically result in the criminal acts I reported that Yolanda Hardmon did to me. Right from the jumpstart when I saw my lawyer(now deceased sadly);Mr. Wilfred Rodriguez, I told him "I'm innocent, I'm not playing lets make a deal with anyone, so tell them at every court date that I will not accept anything and that I just want to go straight to trial!". I also told him about all the legal avenues I went through that I could afford as I'm unemployed & out of College due to Yolanda Hardmon's 24/7 10 years of banging on my floor/her ceiling. This, despite my 128 calls to 311 to make noise complaints that Mayor Bloomberg created to no avail. Three of the things I did were 1.Serve Yolanda Hardmon with a summons from Criminal Courts C.D.R.C. Office. 2.Leave a message about the entire problem with Yolanda Hardmon using her name on the voicemail of an A.D.A. I was dealing with(she was helping me to get the uncooperative 114th Pct. Detectives to show me a book of photo's so I could try to identify a Blood Gang Member associated with Apt.1C in my building at 41-09 Vernon Blvd. who assaulted me on 2/10/04. Not one neighbor came to my rescue or tryed to help in any way, shape or form despite my screaming!). 3. When I called the Queens D.A.'s Office and was told to come in, I did, waited & then was sent away being told(despite my summons against Yolanda Hardmon saying that both parties should knock on each others doors before calling the Police to resolve issues or something to that affect) shortly before this arrest"if the Police tell you not to knock on her door, you have to do what they tell you". The problem is that a summons is a binding contract and the Police almost never knocked on Yolanda Hardmon's door despite the 128 noise complaints I made against her & just came to my door if at all mockingly. When they did talk to her, it was in a most respectful way to condone her noise harassment of me. They would tell me despite Yolanda banging all hours "We're not going to knock on her door because she's sleeping" or "we're not knocking on her door bec
because it's too late". I want to know how does a person bang on their ceiling at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 etc. in the morning and "Sleep" at the same time? Does Yolanda Hardmon sleepwalk? Is she unconscious somehow when she does this, or is she just disturbed? I say DISTURBED & CRIMINAL AT LEAST! Who in their right mind bangs on their ceiling all hours 24/7 for 10 years? POLICE SERVICE AREA 9 AND THE 114th PRECINCT NEED TO ARREST YOLANDA HARDMON RIGHT THIS SECOND AND DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE FROM THE START ON 3/22/07!! MY CASE HAS BEEN SEALED AND DISMISSED BY THE WAY. The District Attorney had fun with me for their 6 months & then got their petty limited Order of Protection only because I had a Friend with me that wasn't really being a friend & I was too exhausted to argue it as I didn't have a good sleep that morning no thanks again to Yolanda Hardmon. Yolanda Hardmon would bang all the months I was going to court, but especially hard on the early morning hours so I'd be real tired when I went to court. She probably thought I'd give in so she wouldn't be pressured to go to court. As Yolanda Hardmon is a con-artist with the rest of the majority of my criminal neighbors at 41-09 Vernon Blvd. in Long Island City, YOLANDA NEVER SHOWED UP IN COURT AT ANY TIME AND NEVER TESTIFIED AGAINST ME. I wanted so badly to testify but never got the chance as apparently I CALLED HER BLUFF, unbeknownst to me. This is just a game played by the criminal neighbors who support her in an attempt to make me move. I WILL NOT WAVER OR MOVE OUT OF HERE AS I'M THE COMPLETE VICTIM IN THIS CASE! YOLANDA HARDMON LIKES HURLING ACCUSATIONS TO KEEP HERSELF OUT OF JAIL FOR HER CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR, BUT I WILL STAY THE TRUE ACTIVIST THAT I AM AND NEVER GIVE UP GETTING JUSTICE IN THIS CASE WITH OR WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF THOSE THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME THE JUSTICE. JUSTICE IS NOT A FAVOR AND EITHER IS RESPECT.....I DESERVE IT JUST LIKE ANY OTHER VICTIM! Where there's no justice, there can be no peace. When Yolanda Hardmon is arrested I will start believing in the system again. I, unlike her, WILL be in court! The Queens District Attorney, with all due respect, needs to do their job and convict Yolanda Hardmon of this VICIOUS assault against me if there's going to be ANY justice. I am a United States law-abiding citizen and I don't appreciate the fact that for many years, the corrupted Police, District Attorney's, A.D.A.'s and others enjoy putting me through the system in retaliation for I.A.B. complaints, to help retaliate against me for my 4 corrupted Police & one retired Court Reporter Family(for me reporting my Pedophile Step-Father Charles Parry & Alcoholic Mother Emily Parry who they benefit $ from in various ways)and so the D.A. can have favor with the Police for the cases they get from them without regard to REAL justice! The Queens D.A. is more concerned with satisfying the Police it seems. Why else do you put a victim of a
vicious assault through the system over and over without end? AFTER ALL THIS, I'M STILL WAITING FOR YOLANDA HARDMON TO BE ARRESTED AND CHARGED! IF SHE ISN'T SOON.............THERE WILL BE MEDIA ATTENTION AND AN ONLINE PETITION AGAINST HER AND THE 114TH PRECINCT VERY POSSIBLY.

I had a gut feeling and certain information I found on the internet led me to believe Mr. De Vecchio was innocent.............................and I was right! Congratulations for being exonerated Mr. De Vecchio. It's a shame someone with a record of flip flopping was able to cause you so much trouble and heartache!
