Outsourcing intelligence.

The new DNI did alot of this? It reminds me alot of the outsourcing Lou Dobbs at CNN went on about with call centers going to India. Credit information, etc. There were no bans on the information. It seemed like a follow through with Clinton looking the other way over the nukes, like Bush signing the pact. The 'Fruit of the Loom' guy just makes people wonder more about why India got the look the other way and then a pact when they developed nukes and, later, put them on subs.

Actuarial Intelligence involved the outsourcing of the credit, etc. infromation to countries like india and the 'Fruit of the Loom' financial guy just goes from company to company. Rob Berg apparently has done alot of work here:
