I've read the original in it's entirety. It "poisons the well" with the ususal MIHOP (made it happen on purpose) nonsense about demolitions, etc.
As usual the LIHOP (let it happen on purpose) arguments are buried in the lunatic fringe. Makes the guys from South Park look prescient.
