Its about time. But it would never have happened if we the families of the victims had not been hounding our senators and reps. Plus with the help of lawyers, and fellow bloggers. The Forgotten Cole attack is extremely emabrrassing to our leaders. They had the chance to avoid 9/11 with the Cole attack. But both Bush and Clinton decided the attack was random. And left the subsequent investigation up to the Dictator Saleh of Yemen.
