Any thoughts about the reason(s) for Peter Lance's decision?

WHY NOT testify at this hearing? (murder case of ex-FBI Sup. Special Agent Lin DeVecchio)
Having Mr. Lance's information put into court record would be good for history. However, if he would be helping a murdering agent avoid the justice he desrves by testifying, his decision is easily understood.
While these Rumplespinskins(FitsgeraldCloonanGorelickSnell) continue to "wag the dog" they are also well aware that the straw they've been spinning looks nothing like gold.. or even fools gold.
I would imagine Peter Lance has been put on many lists. ; )
The absolute silence in media regarding 'Able Danger' is more telling than anything being written. Think about it... how many FISAData-miningwarrantless-wiretaps news stories are out there and making news currently? And NONE of them even mention Able Danger at all!

Yes, keep up the good fight, Mr. Lance. And thank you, AbleDangerBlog for keeping us posted on how this trial is going. Not being a New Yorker, this is the only place where I can read about it.
