Stumbled upon your blog by chance and have really enjoyed reading it. This post about the different SEO tools was really useful. I am definitely going to try them out.
Meanwhile, may i recommend another SEO tool that I have found very useful and efficient. Its called RaSof (http://www.rasof.com/) and not only helps you compare your web page against high ranking ones, but also gives tips about how to beat their rankings.
Have a great day!

Hi,
I saw a few people commented about James Brausch. I have been following him for awhile now and have used his software Nemeaus.com, which has increased my search engine rankings. Like Bill said, check out his site, as he has alot of useful information on internet business.

One of the SEO tactics is keyword research, for keyword research tools try using KeywordSpy - a keyword research technology that will help you know your competitor's online marketing strategies.

I always love lists of tools but most I found didn't inform or provide results though the list prompted me to test hottail as an idea generator.

You should check out what is said about website ranking factors at James Brausch's blog as well if you're reall interested in how to effective get higher SEO of your website. Go to James Blog and search for "Ranking Factors" and see if you agree with what he says.

Amit, you obviously have this site confused with someone else. There is nothing about this blog that is any way similar to your blog.

Thanks for this list of tools. I thought I knew a lot about SEO, but the robots have changed since I last worked on it (nofollow, ignoring meta keywords, etc), and now I am having to relearn a new set of rules in order to increase our web presence. So thank you very much for your help. It might be interesting if you did a post to debate blog commenting etiquette (i.e. how much link promotion is acceptable in legitimate, human-written comments - for example, I hope what I did below is okay). I am curious what your opinion is on this.
