I agree with you, those videos are almost a hot mess! She didn't spend much money for any of it! She needed to prove a point that didn't need to be proved. She was cute in some of them though.

2. Name another artist to do 12 videos for an album's worth of songs like this? It's unprecented and it's HOT.

I personally appreciate the work ethic, and I think the videos are dope. But I understand everyone can't and won't have that same opinion, and that's perfectly fine.
I think this 8 videos thing was great, but she's not the first to do it; Koda Kumi, a japanese singer, once released 12 singles (so 12 videos!), one at a week!

(besides kodakumi and utadahikaru but their in japan so no.) try putting ashanti in 8 songs of one of her CDs. Hell, or anyone... exactly how much different are you gonna get? (Espicially when its on "low budget" as i keep hearing beyonce pays for these) i like the fact that she did it and i actually do hope the album sells more because of it, cause she did a lot of work and deserves it. if you dont like the girl dont look her up or watch the videos..

I think that all these videos are great for what they are. Videos are a promotional outlet. They are commercials for the song so ofcourse they are supposed to sell the album Duhhh!!!!! I admire her for this, it just makes me, as a fan, love her more. She is so talented and other artist wont be coming out of pocket to do anything like this. This proves how much she cares for her fans and she will see all this money again. Toya u hate on B sometimes but Its just your opinion and I respect you for it. Besides Beyonce shuts all haters down anyway!!!!!!!!!

I think these are fierce and different because her work ethic is so amazing. Whats even more bossy about this is that she used her own money to make these videos and its a good idea. I have seen low budget videos and some one them weren't as good as these. I agree with David and Hollabackgirl completely. She is breaking records, selling them, and staying on top, setting the bar for everyone else who isn't already a great or legend to step up their game!

I'm still a Bee fan, but I'm going to have to start doing her videos like I do Mariah Carey's (another artist who I'm a big fan of) and stop watching 'em. All of both her and Mariah Carey's videos are starting to be all about their "beauty" and with both of them having little to hardly any clothes on. There's no depth or real meaning to the videos at all, at times they don't even go with the song, it's just all about them. These videos are more for men or young girls who want to be "just like Beyonce" than for a woman such as myself whose not at all impressed by her looks alone. These videos just prove to me that Beyonce is a very vain person. Don't get me wrong, she's a very talented woman, but it's all gone to her head.
i think b has alot of talent, but imo bday was just about worthless. her song content is bad. anyways props to her for working hard but these vids are just like her cd tacky and wack. she should've put more effort into making quality songs. plus i hate that this is all for a rerelease to boost sales on a mediocre album.
