That's what I'm afraid of. There was no UK buzz whatsoever with Discipline, so it just seems out of place that she'd tour here but you never know. Her tour will probably be better received than her album. I mean, going to a tour is almost like going clubbing. You don't just go there to watch the performer but you also go to have a rocking time as well.

Yeah I agree Toya, people will go see her 'cos she's a worldwide icon. Albums are a different matter. I think her true hardcore fans (like myself) knew when the album was released and went out and got it, regardless of whether it was promoted, and you'd be surprised by how many ppl that could be.

This will be good. But i think Janet is too nice to be a tough judge like Diddy. And does this show subtly imply that MTV thinks Janet is done? So, they give her a show to say so... Maybe, she and Michael should just go off to Vegas and do a joint show. It would be great and it would bring in loads of money. Or she should stick to acting because Janet very well could win an oscar with the right role.

That's good for her. I would have thought Feedback would have done well in the UK. I feel like she's lazy and doesn't promote well. When these veteran artists like Janet and J.Lo come out with shit and just expect it to sell, they continue to flop...Even Madonna and Mariah, who are veterans as well PROMOTE their albums hard. Janet does a few shows here and there, a few performances and she's done....with lackluster first week sales or mediocore single sales/success.
Good luck with the show. Hope they call it something good. It sucked when J.Lo's MTV Dance show didn't really make big waves like Making Da Band did.

I'm happy for Janet. Nice to see something positive in between such controversy. I agree with Marcus she need to further explore acting. I was so surprised with her acting in "WHY DID I GET MARRIED" enough to believe she is capable of more. As for Janet touring, I'm not worried at all. Janet gives the best shows. Janet is a work-a-holic when she's on tour. She gives you everything and more.
Yeah, Rock Wit U should have been a Top 5 hit over here. I don't really buy all this 'not allowed to promote it' crap. She just couldn't be bothered in my opinion. She's Janet Jackson, not Teairra Mari or Ciara or Rihanna.
