He said this in his 300 word article he wrote for her profile on Time's 100 most influential people. Can't wait! They always had a close relationship together and her performance tribute to him "You and I" was amazing.

Daaaamn Raven got BIG!!!! I see y she only showed her eyes on the cover of her album! But I don't think it was the best release this week....infact i'd go as far as 2 say it was probably the worst. Oh well

You know what? I'm not sure if it's the same record company but something like this happened to Keke Palmer! Keke's Record Company was trying to mess up her debut album because she wasn't "urban" enough (translation: Did not want to project the 'black whore' image)
I'm not sure exactly what they want from Raven but I can think of a few stereotypes that would be crazy and make big, young, black women look terrible. I'm glad she's trying to stay postive. (Too bad her label isn't) I'm so going to go and get this CD. I heard it was bangin'. Ya'll probably already knew this but they cancelled her tour for this album. Are you shocked? I'm not. Smh...
Actually, some of this post is inaccurate. I saw her cd at Circuit City for $12.99. Target has it listed on their website for $9.99. I do think Best Buy was the only 1 to advertise it in Sunday's ad however.

Raven's album's pretty decent.
The only songs I really didn't like are, "In the Pictures", "Stupid", "Shorts Like Me", and "Green" I was so waiting for "Green" to be super hot cause of all the hype it was getting, but I don't think it's that great.
I really think "Love Me or Leave Me", maybe "Girl Get It", "What Are You Gonna Do", and "Hollywood Life" can be released as singles. "That Girl" might work on the radio but she sounds too much like Fergie on that track!
