I remember watching her performance last year and thinking "wtf. Come on Britney, I'm rooting for you." And I remember all of these celebs laughing but when you think about it, Britney's worst performance can still shit on their best performance.
I hope she really returns to the Britney that she once was and I wish her much success. She does have some great songs.

I think Britney developed that disorder thing women sometimes get during or after pregnancy. It's weird because as soon as she broke up with Kevin, she was soon with Paris Hilton and the rest went downhill from there.

Her album was hot, the singles were hot and every track off the disc could have been a single with a few #1s, but her videos were SHIT!

I hope she can get her act together, really. I'm not a fan of Britney but I don't like to kick people when they are down. She's been through a lot lately and needs to be on point with her career cause that performance will go down as the worst possible performance seen on TV by an actual artist. She looks good but she has lost all her sex appeal at this stage. People more remember when she shaved her head and all the dumb shit shit did just last year. I didn't even think that was Britney in the promo pics, I thought it was just another random celeb. She looks stunning.
A part of me doesn't want her to perform, because is she really 100% ready. I think Jive is just pushing her for another album asap, without her having any say.
And I've seen worst performances compared to her one last year. It was just bad for Britney.

I agree with Nathan, her performance was questionable, but Amy Winehouse (4 example) has performed a lot worse on many occasions and it ain't nuthin'.
I think the media labelled it bad because "bad" Britney was the in thing to talk about @ the time, so anything she did was labelled so because doing that generated interest + sales = mo' money!

britney can sing but not while doing that nasal thing that they told her to do...if you watch videos of her at star search or when she was younger or on the mickey mouse club you'll see...i mean she aint no leona lewis but the nasal singing combined with the DANCING of course would make her sound shitty! not even beyonce sings live during her dance songs contrary to what people believe...
I don't think Britney will perform this year. She'll probably present an award and get mad props and a a roaring round of appluase for looking hot (because let's face it, she has come a long way and is looking fixed up in these promo shots and when she hit a red carpet last month!) But I think it'd be wise for Britney to perform next year when she's ready to drop her new album. Because I still don't think she's ready to perform and be at that level she was before she melted down.
Blackout is that fire, but the alubm is officially over and done with. She needs to draw a line under it now.

Ok...lets get something straight, Blackout is dead, so she will NOT be performing (if she does perform) anything from that album. She doesn't even like that album...the music yeah, but not the story behind it.
