I actually like it now I have heard it in full.The chorus is a lilrepetative but catchy and the verses have a nice flow. Can she do it big on her own ? Only time will tell.

There's also a confirmed tracklisting for "In A Perfect World", there's a few tracks produced By Danja, can't wait.
It's not bad. She definitely didn't bring it vocally though. As for her album, I won't believe it until it's out. And I won't be buying it unless she comes harder than "Energy". She really needs to step her game up. People have been anticipating her album for years. I hope we didn't wait years for an album full of "Energy" tracks.

It's catchy. I like it. "No Air" reached the top 40, it's a definite possibilty "ENERGY" will too. Keri's a cool chick with sick writing skills. Neyo made it as a solo artist. So can Keri. Plus it does not hurt that she's repping the ATL.

Everybody is entitled to their own opinions but some people said that they don't think she is that great of a singer or songwriter! Which is just ridiculous! You have to been great to have as many hits under your belt as she has

Keri Hilson has always had a fan in her home town. me!!!!! I love her songs ,and she will go far, if she depends on people like me!!!!
It's a good song. I think releasing this as the first single is a good strategy. I can imagine a great video for this track. It's an emotional track without it being an over power vocal ballad (ex:Bleeding Love).
The 2nd single needs to be uptemp, feature someone, and just plain HOT! They should release the album in July to be honest. Sept is too late after this has leaked online.
