Danity Kane ~ I agree that they sucked. That was nothing but a T&A performance.
Day26 ~ The did ok. They sounded better than Danity Kane anyway. They need to lay off that constant crotch grabbing though. They're not Michael Jackson and that is not a good look.
Donnie ~ Wackest out of all 3 performances. I'd like to give Puff Daddy a nice karate chop to the throat. I don't know what's worse, his "rapping" or his "dancing".

Danity Kane DEFINITLy needs to step up the live vocals, BUT their dancing was decent (way better than DAY26), they had great stage presence, and even though those vocals were HORRIBLE, I give them 2 points for singing live. They could've lip synced but they decided to go live. They just need to run some miles while singing like Beyonce and they'l sound flawless while dancing like she does. B has MASTERED singing live.
Donnie needs to release a new single. He sounds SUPER fake. His image is good. He looks great, but the music comes first and this song is NOT cutting it.
TOYA, DAY26 performed a second song and it was EXCELLENT!!

I know DAY26, Donnie, and especially Danity Kane don't want to be associated as a TV show band, but this may just be thing for them.

It's kind of what Disney does with Hannah Montana. That girl sells out arenas, goes triple platinum in weeks, and is making millions. It would not work for her if she did the music with out the show.
She NEVER gets promoted, but the TV does all the work for her.

2. i LOVED day26! i hate the group but they were working the stage! and vocally they shitted on danity kane!

I disagree with everyone but Toya. Danity Kane's performance was amazing, and if you take into account that the girls were dancing, their vocal performance was a great effort. NO ONE wants to see their favorite song lip-synched unless the vocals are pre-recorded to sound different from the original track like Beyonce's "Get Me Bodied." You guys should try singing and dancing around at the same time. It is difficult. Period, point, blank. Amazing job!
nick i haven't seen you around in a while! glad to know you alive friend! i'm glad people realize that beyonce and "dropping to the flo and getting low wid it" all while singing live...i think the reason most of us are disappointed with DK is because they absolutely KILLED it at the showcase but they came weak here! very weak...
Also, take into account their background vocals. They're breathy; they're at a very low register. Try singing those live while dancing. Sometimes we can be the harshest critics for no apparent reason. NOT ONE SINGER, not Beyonce, Tamia, Christina Aguilera, or even Patti Muthafuckin' LaBelle could get on that stage and do those background vocals any better. Why? Because dancing is involved. When your vocals are already breathy, and you are singing and dancing at the same time (which is going to result in heavy breathing), the background vocals won't sound too hot. They get mad props for doing EVERYTHING live!

Yeah, the showcase was mad hot, but I really liked this performance. And I am a Beyonce stan, but Lord knows she is not singing Get Me Bodied live LOL! It's impossible!

I see where you're coming from, but I REALLY believe Beyonce sings MOST of her stuff live even when dancing crazy like she does.
Here's the proof:
1. When Beyonce fell this summer at her concert, how do you explain no lead vocals going on during the fall and then her singing as she wanted? You can't record that.
2. I saw Destiny's Child during their final concert in Houston and I had great seats...bitch was singing live. During her "Crazy in Love" solo, she stumble a bit. That proved to everyone I was with that she sings live. We were simply amazed that anyone could physically do that. That whole concert she would stop in some verses and talk, hold the mic out to the crowd, etc.
People just face it. She has a very unique gift because anyone who sings that perfect live is not normal.
Mind you, I notice parts where she did lip sync, but that was few and far between. If you've ever seen Beyonce' live and up close, you have to know that she is mostly singing live pretty much the entire show. Amazing stuff.

When Beyonce fell last summer during Ring the Alarm, she had not started to sing. She went on to lip-synch the song though. She sings live most of the time, but there are times when she lip-synchs the ad-libs.
I love DK. They're new album is hot.
They performed better last time they did Damaged at some club.

at frist i was'nt feelin DK new sound but now its grown on me, but that performance was not up to standard, i love them but they can do that much better, if you know your performing and dancing the key to gettin that right is breathing and their breathing was all over the place i hope they perform it better next time i think the only one in key was dawn. a for 26 days they did ok but not great

And that's a bad thing!? That's just how Aubrey do. From the word GO in the "Showstopper" video she was standing out: with that little black dress, black boots and the flesh coloured bra making it look like her titties were hanging out when she removed the dress straps. Aubrey making herself standout with what she wears is no different from how Dawn be standing out vocally on songs with the ad-libs. Aubrey may look like a fried prawn, but she has mad swagger and I LOVE that.
As for Danity Kane's performance, it wasn't that brilliant. All they did was make big strides around the stage. I still hate the song "Damaged" too. I think Danity Kane's performance was good but not great. It had some weak moments(background vocals, pitch problems, shortness of breath) but no one can deny that they worked the hell out of that stage. I think it would've been better if they lip-synched the chorus instead of singing especially with the dancing. Plus, I cannot stress it enough that Danity Kane is the muthaf***** truth! With all the mediocrity going on in mainstream/pop music, those girls are blazing their own path.
Like someone said earlier, I believe that many people would not care about Danity Kane if it wasn't for the show, but the beauty of Making The Band is that it showed that they worked their asses off to get to where they are now. Anyone who can come from a reality show background and have a platinum record that debuted at #1, gets mad respect from me.
Welcome To The Dollhouse is a great pop record. It has its flaws(corny lyrics) but they are overshadowed by the amazing vocal production and sound consistency. I've listened to the album numerous times and I have yet to skip a song besides one or two. You can tell that Danity Kane is serious about becoming international pop stars. I believe Welcome To The Dollhouse can solidify them as household names(Diddy better promote them right!).

Enough said, they have made talent, are real, down to earth, and deserve nothing but the best since they try so hard to promote their album without help from diddy.
uh those performances were horrible, especially Donnie. Danity kane lack the vocal stamina and experience DC has.danity kane to struggle with vocals even when they are not dancing. As for the Beyonce experience live performances, most of her vocals were all LIVE, except for the choruses which were usually done by the backup singers(the big girls) or pre-recorder.Typical most artist don't sing the choruses to their songs.
DC has? ..u mean had. there is no more destiny's child. and why in every female singer/group post does beyonce get brought up?
