I actually don't think I like it. It's too "typical Timbaland" but I'll wait til I hear it in full before I decide.
It's obviously not going to be nothing ground breaking, and will sound exactly like other Timbo produced songs, but I still think it's going to be good.
I really hope Timbaland does change his sound dramatically, and starts a new trend on his next album.

Keri I like her but it just seem like she give her good material away to other artist like JLO who couldn’t even sing the song right, and now Keri bring out these easy forgettable tracks which is what’s putting me off even buying her tracks before she even released , man I miss Aaliyah music today missing sub-sterns

I'm sorry some of you Keri stans may say I'm hating but what about to say is not that mean. I wish her the best she has a great record with nas and many great artist and she is great writer but thats what she needs to do is be SongWriter and stay behind the scenes Yeah I'm sure the Chris Brown Human song will help her get her a little buzz.but Energy or any record that she comes out with is not gonna convince anybody its too late it taking to damn long for album to come out Energy is a great song but not good enough. The Way you ARe, that's exactly how this song sounds like. With everyone using Timbaland to do their tracks, songs are starting to sound the same, no variety and no ones gonna budge if they've heard the sound already. I agree with the other blogger, Keri needs something that has POP. Keri did Scream with Timbaland and Nicole Schreridlnfdk (I don't know her damn name cuz she can't sing either)and that flopped hard off the charts, it didn't even chart.
Energy is better but the beat to this is FIRE!

The beat is HOT but the delivery is average, the song has potential but isn't a hit for that very reason. Also, Keri is a good pop songwriter (pop as in popular/mainstream) but she lacks presence/charisma. And they don't give her the best tracks, why is that?

She working with both Timbaland and Polow so I'm sure where one fails or lack in one area, the other will make up for it.
