Rihanna ~ In the first set of pics, I love her dress. It's much more appropriate than her S&M gear. I think the boots ruin the look though. And while everyone has been LOVING her hair, I hate it. It looks really bad in the first picture. Not really feeling the second set of pictures either. If I had to say something nice, I would complement her make-up and earrings. Lastly, the third set of pictures. Doesn't this girl have the most beautiful, natural looking skin! Nothing says natural like a big ol' pimple!
Leona ~ I love her curly/wavy hair. She's looking Oompa Loompa Orange though. It doesn't look good on Christina Aguilera and it doesn't look good on Leona.
Jordin ~ T you are so right about the "Prom Dress". Horrid! This girl has one helluva smile though. She looks georgeous when she smiles.

I'm glad she's releasing "No air", because that track is all sortsa bangin'. The Underdogs came correct on that track, it's nice to hear them switch up their sound. Jordin's voice is well showcased and her and Chris sound good together. She should've released this song first. It has an "Umbrella"-esque sound about it, but I don't give a damn. The song is hot and Jordin sounds hot on it. I heard Jordin's album last week and it's not bad. There are at least 5 solid songs on it. All of which showcase her better than that "Tattoo" bullshit did.

I kept "Feel like a woman", "Hurt again", "Work in progress (Growing pains)", "Smoke" and introduced the rest of the album to my recycle bin.

A superb live performer isn't just about hitting the right notes. It's about everything these days. How you work the stage, how you portray yourself, how you engage the audience. Everytime Leona sings on stage she has one hand cocked out to the side, her head tilted up and has her damn eyes closed. She doesn't engage. I look at Leona and all I see is tumbleweed blowing through the bitches head. Fair enough Mariah didn't have much of a personality to begin with, but she was one of the first big vocalists to come onto the scene in a long while. There was nobody else like her at the time, so there was a market for her to stay around and develop. Where as unfortunately for Leona, she is coming into a market where we already have Mariah and even worse for her, we have Beyonce. In this game people aren't always given chances to develop, which is why you need to be able to show a little something from the word go. Leona has shown she has a voice and not much else. Unless she puts out a second album which shows she has some form of personality and sass, people will get tired of her and she'll be forgotten about.

I'm just not all over Mary's music. (Don't hate me!) Every album of hers has a handful of songs I like, but I've never bought any of her albums. The only album of hers latched onto was Share my world (I borrowed it from my cousin and never gave it back). I just don't like her music 'that' much. As for Growing pains - "Stay down" was hot, but I got sick of it after a few listens. And "Come to me (Peace)" just doesn't go anywhere. It had the potential to be amazing, but it feels lacking. Some harder drums, orchestrated strings, some acoustic and electric guitars and tighter vocal production could've made that an epic track and a great album closer. But everytime I listened to it it left me empty.
