I'm gonna disagree on this one. The more people try to shove her in my face (and pass her off as someone who is really talented), the more I realize that she really is artistically challenged. I liked her before she became "The best performer on Earth with the best voice and the most wonderful fashion sense EVER (and she is sooooo gorgeous to boot!)!".

There is nothing intriguing about Rihanna at all. She's just not talented. She has no vocals, really. No stage presence other than leather XXX S&M outfits. Tired dance moves, by the way, she doesn't even dance actually. The only reason why she is selling is because she is a gimmick to appeal to white people. White people love Rihanna and if white audiences adore you then you are in. Bottom line! Black radio and BET don't support Rihanna and her music much if any at all. Black people don't take to Rihanna as a artist but white people do because she is pop-rock. Her music and her style of clothing scream goth/rock 'n roll/punk/dark chick which is excepted in the white community. Something that black folks do not take to. I wish her continued sucess but come on now, really. Let's not front on the fact that this girl really has nothing named "LEGEND" deemed in her future forecast. Rihanna is more like a hear today, soon to be gone tomorrow kind of artist with really nothing to offer anyone. I've heard reviewers say it about her concerts that she lacks a lot of what it takes to be a real star and that sooner or later, people will catch on to it. Jay and LA Reid set her up very well and knew that she couldn't compete with the Beyonces and Ciaras or Alcias of the world so they said we'll take this West Indian black girl and make her into a punk-goth chcik and have her add a pop spice to her. Plain and simple, sorry for being real but its true!
As much as I love Rihanna, i'm bored of the same old pics from her tour, she does look stunning though.
Mariah starting her promo in the UK next week and she'll be on Paul O'Grady, This Morning and The Friday Night Project, be interesting to that.

Bri-Bri I feel you, but the White people in the U.S. did not feel her this time around that is why it took her almost 8 months to go plat and she is still not selling like she should. The white people overseas felt her more this time around than anything. I watch some of her stuff on youtube and she is still lip singing, she cant dance, she has no appeal what so ever and it's them really young fans that are pushing her over in Europe and other places. She is on her way over here with the Glow and the Dark Tour, let's see what happens then.

I love that Rihanna gets such a vast array of responses. Artistically intriguinging? (sp?) Her outfits are, her presence is, she's got folks chatting away. I don't know why people have to post how much they hate her or can't stand her or just continually post at how boggled they are that she's where she's at in the biz. Check it, YT music has their range of talent and non-talent, by comparison, rather by alignment for alignment's sake, why can't we?
As for the outfit, errr, ummm, buh-rella And flat buttocks! She should invest in some butt pads! Oh well... Working with Sinead is pretty amazing. Kudos to her. Sinead's crazy though.

@ Madame ~ I was being facetious. A lot of Rihanna's fans have made her out to be something she not. IMO, she is a mediocre singer at best and she has no talent what so ever when it comes to live performances. That's not to say that I don't enjoy her songs. I do, but at the same time, I don't pretend she is something she not.
Rihanna was and will always be wack that is just the facts, folks. As much as we try to like her (not love) it just doesn't work she has nothing
