I do remember the beef, is he doing this because Danja is Timbo's protege? I don't like how bitchy he acts when he says this, this ranting is ridiculous this is not that important, but I agree, if anything Usher should have had his own cover, and then in the next issue Danja gets his cover.

Yeah I did. Supposedly. A re-release aint going to do shit. She only released the album in February. If the album didn't sell 3 months ago, what makes them think the re-release will sell. They should have done a better job of promoting, released better singles, etc.

Its an old beef but years ago the word is that JD had magazine interview or something and he was talkin real cocky about how he is better than Dre, Timbo, and everybody but this was b4 confessions and Mimi album all that and at that time Dre, Em and Interscope was unstoppable. JD had a jackin for beats diss on Timbo and Dre sayin how they dont do no beats they just take credit for it.( he does that to though :lol And then Dre & Em came back with Say What You Say talkin about how JD is short and he is only good at produce child stars(Kriss Kross & Bow Wow)! I think its all on Youtube somewhere. It was pretty interesting at the time.

Yeah Dre is a legend but we been waiting for this Detox album for like a decade now ! Yeah Em is my dude too & he aint lose a battle yet and his Marshal Mathers album was a Classic.

No JD got a point. Usher is the biggest RnB/Pop singer out right now. Why is he sharing a Billboard Cover with Danja? It's almost a slap in the face to Usher cause his album is coming out pretty soon. No offense to Danja he doing his thang. But Usher is an established superstar who should command respect cuz he sells records (at least before all personal drama started to take precendence over his music).
I'm sure if it was HIS ugly ass mug plastered all-over the front of the mag he wouldn't be carrying on like that. Jealously is a bitch. I see he still found time to read the whole Danja spread though. And he felt so enraged by it all that he even had to hop infront of a camera and put it on the net!
Fair enough Danja has been doing this for a while but he's only just getting the recognition as a producer in his own right that he deserves. Usher will be on the front of a million other magazines in the coming months so what's the big freeking problem?

@ mileka ~ The problem is it's stupid. If they wanted both guys to be on the cover, they should have put them both on the actual cover. Not put Danja on the literal cover and then call the page after a "double cover". There's only one "cover" and it's the first page of the magazine, not the second or third or last.
@ Young One ~ Yeah that's what I heard too. My boyfriend is a big Em fan, so I know we'll be copping that album when it drops.
I guess I am the only one who just don't give a damn about Usher. All of his songs are wack to me so he could have stayed away with that mess. Same with Ne-Yo, The Dream and Sean Garrett. I wish all of those guys would remain behind the scenes. But I know I will not get my wish.
