I didn't think the Fantasia album was at all ghetto. Niether was Free yourself. Her records consist of very strong contemporary rnb music. Honestly, I think she will do good for herself by taking more of a hands on role. Kelly Clarkson's last album that she had differences with Clive over was a great album.

I don't think artists understand what the industry is about. It's not about expressing yourself and doing what you want anymore, it's about MONEY (she better call Ruben and Taylor for some words of wisdom). They have independent labels for those who want artistic freedom. BUT she does have a fanbase, so maybe it'll work out.
Tasia needs to sit her ass down, get it together, and make some more classics.
And whoever disapproved of Kelly Clarkson's album was smoking that good shit. "My December" was her best album IMO.

Simon Cowell dropped Tasia because he didn't like her performance on American Idol, I thought the performance was great, she worked the stage,(all sides) everyone got a chance to see her up close, she went into the audience and everything. I think she was great!!!! of course there are haters on this site, Simon is one of them. Simon can go straight to hell, he can't work with anyone with their own mind, he has to have complete control, I remember the time Mary J. Blige went through the same thing and look at her now! I hope Fantasia grows the great height and she'll Simon was not working in her best interest, he' just want to work Leona and the other idols with no say so, and Carrie ain't that damn great!!! i hate country! and Simon Cowell, a perfect reason to cut AI off my schedule of tv shows.
