Terrnace J is STILL getting his check at the end of the day. Roscsi is in show business, you can't let everything get to you. She should know this. She signed a contract and should hold to it. She has to think about her fans, her loyalty to them and to BET. You can't just walk off a set like a little bitch and not expect to face consequences, no matter how much of a dick Terrance is. What the audience saw was a host WALK OFF THE SET, meaning she didn't care about them, or her job. So BET punished her.
Roscsi has to realise that she is a professional, you don't walk out on a show. Added to that why would you allow some fool to prevent you from doing the job (THAT YOU ARE BEING PAID WELL) to do. Yes your co-host was behaving like a fool but you deal with him after not while you are doing your job.
