Hahahaha... that is hillarious. We had this neighbor once that had the same problem. His shorts just provided too much of a view. It was funny, his shorts were too loose and his jeans too tight —the blue jeans gave us a whole new "perspective" on things too. He was such a dork. We laughed at him.
