I've got a excellent solution to your smoking situation, but don't know if you can find something comparable in your area. Long story, but let's say it was developed by a wealthy local, respected surgeon, who does not need the $$, and combines acupuncture with a 1-time injection into the ear lobe of a drug used to stop preterm labor contractions. Charges $150 here, to cover the meds, time and office visit. Sounds crazy, I know, but it worked for me, and I waited until 27 other people I personally knew had tried it 1st. All were smoke free 1 year later, 3 have resumed in year 2, which makes them uncommitted pussies; why start back TWO YEARS LATER??? I can send you more info if you're interested
Barring that, try the newer Rx drug Chantix. I've known 10-12 people who have had appx. 80% success rate with that, much better than Zyban, etc.
Good luck!

Commit lozenges, I'm telling you. I recently got a new job and two weeks in, got called on going outside to take cigarette breaks by one of my bosses. Not feeing equal to the task of finding a secret place/dodging my many bosses, I decided to try Commits. Not to quit, I haven't, but just to stop smoking at work. They were surprisingly effective and I began using them at home, too. I've gone down from a pack and a half to about six cigarettes a day. What can I say, they seem to work.
