This is very interesting! My mum lived off grid for 15 years on a narrowboat and visiting her often through that time did make me think about my usage of electricity and water. I suppose it's put me in good stead for trying to use less on grid energy, especially now as it's so expensive.

Hi Nat. Thanks for the comment. I think you'll like the book particularly as he meets up with some narrowboat dwellers and talks about this way of life.
