What about irresponsible homeowners? They cost the city more than a few errant sugar gliders that we already know can't survive long outside anyway. How about everybody just take a test to see if they fit into the city's shiny happy vision? If not, you're banned.

I personally could care less if the city bans certain animals as pets but the atitudes on display here from the city council and this animal control guy are beyond belief.
