Someone besides my husband has to hear me say this: Hillary Clinton had the huge war chest going into the primaries. You didn't hear her bringing up the fact that one candidate was outspending the other (or others) at that point. With the shoe on the other foot, she seems to bring it up in every speech.
As always it depends on which side of the fence one is standing.
