The only way to be sure this doesn’t happen again is to go after the SOB who engineered it seven years ago. So far nobody’s got the balls or the brains to go pull him out of his cave, which by the way isn’t in Iraq. But having him around as a constant reminder to be afraid of what might happen again at any moment works for some people who have a vested interest in keeping us that way.
For all we know he's already dead. It's naive to think that he has to be behind something like this in the future.

I know it's your site, but -- jeez -- without me, this place would qualify as performance art.
Seriously -- it's 7 years later and we're being thrown out of the Iran-backed "democracy" we spent a trillion dollars creating in a country that didn't attack us, and couldn't have hurt us even if it wanted to. Oh, and Afghanistan is falling apart. Oh, and so is our dictatorship pal Pakistan.
Feel free to get all weepy about the towers -- I do, too -- but please realize that NOTHING we've done as a country since then has any relation whatsoever to the photo you published.
We used 9/11 as an excuse to do what we intended to do anyway, and the world has only become more dangerous as a result.
