The only boots I have are a pair of Wolverine work boots. They're pretty comfortable. I used to have some Justin Ropers in high school.
I would love some new boots but you gotta clothe the kids first.

Wolverine duroshock for work boots, more comfortable than tennis shoes. All my boot have been Nocona's now bought out by Justin. Still wear my old Nococna's, Elephant, snakeskin, and bullhide.

To someone raised wearing tennis shoes the wearing of cowboy boots is the purest torture.

Wolverine boots are good, but I bought a pair of Red Wings and they're just as comfortable, maybe even more so.

Frye's. Made in the USA. Wellington style, comfortable. They'll make you 6'3" if you're 6'1". That can matter in the right places.

I second the vote for Frye. I haven't seen any in years though. I had a pair of Frye square toe riding boots. Lined in glove leather - Ya' could go w/o socks!
I miss 'em....
Wolverine sucks. Oil resistant soles just fall apart when worn in oil/grease environment. I'll never own another pair.
Justin is much better in the workboot department, and they fit in your stirrups! Most comfortable steel toe I have worn.
Redwing are great if you can tolerate the break in.
Ariat are making workboots now. Anybody tried 'em?
Sunday go to meetin' boots: Panhandle Slim cockroach killers in wineberry lizard. Riding heels, of course. Second choice Danpost rattlesnake. Again, riding heels. Belly cut NOT back cut. Who wants to look at a damn snake belly?

I just retired a pair of bull hide Durango boots, packer style, that I’ve had for over ten years. Toughest pair of boots I’ve ever owned.

I love my Ariat riding boots. Very comfortable. Nate, I know you and Dr Who like to go out hiking a bit. I'm looking for a great pair of hiking boots, any recommendations?

Wolverine work boots.... the only company, other than Red Wing that make a boot wide enough for me.
In case you ask, that's a 10 1/2 EEEE, and yes, I have heard that I might as well wear the damn box.
