Damn straight!
BTW, a friend of mine into cigars buys Hondurans and claims they are just as good as Cubans, since they smuggled seeds off-island to start their own plantations.
Any thoughts on the matter?

I have an opinion on the Arena Rock question. I think it's the thunderous thumping of the drums and the powerful bass lines that match up well with thunder coming from your bike. Power like more power. Just a thought. I'm more of an old school Hair Rock man myself. If I'm cranking Iron maiden's "The Trooper" the speedometer starts moving upward under it's own accord.
And you make a joke about Big K, but I'm of the opinion that Big K's Citrus Drop is almost as good as Mountain Dew. I think of the generics out there, Big K is the best.

Well dang. I sure don't deserve that endorsement. Thanks!
Nope, no bike. I'm not particularly a sport-bike person, either. My demeanor isn't that fast. I wouldn't mind having something that doesn't have HONDA written on the gas tank to joyride in later though.
I'm not drinking tonight. I'm at home with the family out of the house for the next 3 hours, so I'm going to crank the music, lift some, weights, and maybe a little martial practice. Depending on what happens tomorrow night, I'm pretty sure I'll be tapping back in to the Makers Mark.

On smokes... i've found that there are several countries that produce cigars that are just as good as the best cubans... and that are better than the mediocre and poor cubans.
Dominican cigars.... honduras cigars... it's all good brother.

Drinking: cheap blush wine from a box, and not much of it. Music: the last two pages of Schloemo. Smoking: don't, makes me cough. Companions: two little boys playing Jumpstart Preschool who need to go to bed. Firearms: too broke to purchase, still lusting after the same handguns.

Doom 3 is quite a game. Even knowing what is going to happen, it still makes me jump. I know that the choice to have either the flashlight or a gun in my hand was probably a gameplay issue, but hasn't ID games ever heard of a FREAKING PICATINNY RAIL?

Drink: MM for MM
Tobacco: None, keep forgetting to try out some different cigars.
Gun: MP5 with integral silencer (sure's it's only on the X-Box but funds are short)
Man, I'm only batting .333. But that's better than most major leaguers, right?

Hey, I like my church. This actually happened to be meeting of many churches, goes on all weekend with speakers I'm unfamiliar with, so good, some not as good. The pastor last night was born a muslim but found Christ in the 70's and spent a year in jail for preaching the gospel. He now lives in the states and travels around the world preaching. He was interesting as a person, but I'm not sure I agreed with his definition of righteous. His message was a bit convaluted for my tastes. There. Now you all need a drink!

I had a pepsi and popcorn and watched the classic Vin Diesel pic "Pitch Black" with my wife.
no smokes, though I wouldn't mind a good dip...
And Estonia frowns upon foreigners with guns, so I restricted myself to lusting after the 1911 that JAC posted the link to.

The Gun:
I've been looking to buy 2 one rifle a marlin 45/70 guide gun and I've been looking at a Kimber 45 in a 4in.
I didn't draw a moose tag so I'm thinking no to the 45/70 for awhile. I do like the Kimber CDP II, has anybody got one or shot it?

Res, I have the BP Pro 10 II, not the CDP. I like it a lot. I especially like the way the ergonomics of the gun make it very easy to shoot, even though it's very light, and I don't have huge hands. I also like the fact you can get 13 round mags for it. Negatives are that you have to have nightsights installed, and I don't like the fact that you need a little wire tool to strip the gun.
I've shot the TLE II, and it's a great gun. It's not a beginner's gun though. It had a very light trigger pull. If I were to get a single stack 1911, I'd probably get the TLE or CDP.

Papapete,
Thanks for the tips. I love my full sized springfield, but I want a lite gun for CC. The CDP looks like a great lite gun with a lot of extras I'd have to get added on. The one trigger I got to try wasn't too bad.
