Correct. Your average everyday Muslim believes that Islam will one day rule the world. I have had two male friends who were both Muslim, both African-Americans born here in the good old USA, who both told me that one day, Islam would rule the world, and that it was God's will that it be so.

I should have been a little more clear about "getting better". There are those in this society, and I'm probaby talking a large majority, whose fear of the world is complete. They want to be protected from that which they fear and know little about. As they become more involved (blown up and blood splattered if you perfer) the fear factor will go down a bit. This has taken place in Israel. I don't see why it won't happen here... But, defending liberals will only make the "fear" mindset worse. The answer is don't defend them.

I've noticed that the war agains Japan was as near total as you can get. There was no whining, or much hesitation, about our actions.
