I sure hope they smash the crap out of the 49ers. I pretty much hate the SF crew as much as is possible for a non-division opponent. I don't think there is any other team I dislike more (besides the Redskins, Giants and Eagles, with honorable mention to the Cards with whom we shared a division for so long).

The Ravens are like something out of The Last Boy Scout. They signify everything that is wrong with the NFL.
Billick is an ass. Ray Lewis is an Murderer. Jamal Lewis is a drug dealer.
And an "Amen" goes up from the congregation! Billick just likes to hear his own voice, as obviously nobody on that team listens to him.
Lewis should have been axed from the NFL for life. Instead, he gets a superbowl ring and an MVP award.
The ghetto-ization of the NFL continues, and within a few years it'll look a lot like the NBA does now, and will have roughly the same audience.
TRADITION! Man, I am all about Tradition. Who the heck are the Ravens? They may all be punks, but they have no tradition. And don't give me that crap that they were the Browns....
The teams I hate area division foes. We play them twice a year every year. They are the people that stand between us and the playoffs every year. Tradition.
SF is a traditional foe. We have been beating each other in Championship games for over 30 years. Tradition.
I may not like the players on a particular team, but if those players leave, then my feelings about the team may change as well. But SF, Wash, Philly, NYG, etc will always be hated. Even if Roger Stauback came out of retirement to QB them. (Which would also probably put me into a coma).
The fact that you hate some teams, doesn't lessen your hate for others. I've got reasons to hate Philly, NYG, Arizona, and especially Washington (Low how I deplore the Foreskins) but the Ravens are abject evil.

But some teams are reserved for a deep special hatred. Usually, my two favorite teams are the Cowboys and whoever is playing the Redskins.
And I want everyone else to lose, too.
But I do agree. I despise the whole of the Raven team. I am sure I despise the players on that team more than the individual player on the Redskins. However, as a team....
Well, looks like the Titans almost pulled it off. Shoulda changed my pick too, though.

Bledsoe was my backup in my fantasy league. Bulger is my starter. I swapped them this week, good move.
I actually had someone offer me a trade of Plummer for Bledsoe.
