I'm heading down to the range in a bit to squeeze off some FMJ. I wish I lived somewhere I could shoot in my backyard without arousing the ire of my neighbors.
I still need to get a carry holster. I know JAC said he uses a fag bag while riding the cycle. What do you use, Nate?
I carry it on my hip when I ride. Jacket covers it. Tank bags are a great spot too.
Remember MM that millenium ain't for shooting competition. Its to kill the badman you meet on the way to the competition.

I took time off from guiding to come home for a day. I needed to spend a little at home time. I'll be back at it first thing in the AM on Sunday. I've located lots of above average bucks, so I'm hoping for quick kills in the morning. Then when the guys are done I can revert back to my own hunting.

What about some kind of tanker's holster It'd lie flush with the torso on the bike, and being muzzle-down would be an easier draw from the lean wouldn't it?
I have my Springfield Armory 1911 with a Kart barrel, after market trigger and safety locked in my filing cabinet right by my desk now. That's where I keep it when I'm at work.
It's getting cool out so I can wear a jacket and cover it.
Drinking? Smoking? Dang, you think I have money? I'll go to the tobacco shop that hangs off the local grocery and just sniff the air. That I like, but when I sniff a particular pipe tobacco none of them smell as good as the ambient air in the store and as for the cigars, I plead ignorance.
