I dunno about that... Secretariat beat a field of incredible horses at the Derby... and destroyed an awesome horse at the Belmont.

The general consensus right now... Big Brown has beaten a bunch of chumps. We'll have to wait and see what they do later this year to know for sure.
I tend to think it is an ordinary year for the thoroughbreds... with this one monster horse.
War Pass and the Japanese horse will be the competition in New York. Two quality horses... that will be beaten down just like everyone else.
I may be getting ahead of myself though... it hasn't been confirmed that War Pass is even fit to race yet.
