When I put in my wordpress blog site, I got a value of $99. When I put in my old blogspot site (same content, but not recently updated), I got the same results as Nate. Same with my wife's two blogsites (one blogspot, one wordpress).

This looks like a Google marketing tool to boost ad sites...
